The end product of the design of the architectural environment is a rationally organized and aesthetically designed material-spatial environment in which social processes unfold. In order to give the results of the design a rich set of aesthetic qualities and optimize their interaction with man and society, it is necessary to take into account many factors. At A7 Properties, we believe that the design of a space should be based on a deep understanding of its context and environment, and be created taking into account the peculiarities of the local environment, the needs of the community, the approved plans for the future development of the area, and the unique challenges and opportunities that each project presents.

The central problem of design is the creation of a culturally and anthropogenically appropriate object world, which is aesthetically assessed as harmonious and holistic.

Over time, the world is becoming increasingly urbanized. Since 2007, more than half of the world’s population has lived in cities, and this share is projected to rise to 60% by 2030. Cities and megapolises are centers of economic growth, contributing about 60% of global GDP. However, they also account for about 70% of global carbon emissions and more than 60% of resource use. Given these circumstances, it has become obvious that the effective functioning and sustainable development of territories should be based on a dynamic balance and security of all spheres and levels of life. Sustainable development is understood as such a continuously maintained development that meets the needs of the present, but does not jeopardize the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. The issue of solving the problem of relations between society and nature was raised in the context of preserving not only the environment and natural resources, but also human civilization as such. The conceptual basis of the new strategy is the idea of sustainable development, the realization of which is inseparable from the realization and balance of the fundamental principles of life activity: human and social evolution, economic development and sustainable consumption of natural resources, based on the understanding of their finiteness and the need to preserve them for future generations.

When researching the environmental factors that affect the environment, it became clear that it is construction that carries a serious eco-load: according to the World Resources Institute, globally, buildings and structures consume 60% of electricity, produce up to 40% of waste and use 12% of fresh water. These are colossal figures, which made us think about and start implementing sustainable construction – as environmentally friendly and green as possible.                                                                                            Sustainable construction is one of the most promising and popular trends right now. Even at the design stage, sustainable construction envisages in advance the possible consequences of the erected building and calculates all the risks at all stages of the life cycle of the object. That is, it takes into account: the building plan, choice of materials, future infrastructure, the possibility of using renewable resources, landscaping and protection of cultural and natural heritage.
